Applies to boat and fishing equipment

1. Ordering conditions


To rent a boat you must be 18 years old.


When ordering, a purchase agreement is only reached when Reform Scandinavia AB has confirmed the order through an order confirmation to the email address you registered when booking.


1.1 Boat and equipment are ordered via booking form, at least 3 days before delivery to have the option to cancel.


1.2 In the form, you select the date and time for delivery and which equipment you want.


1.3 A booking fee of SEK 150 is added. It is not refundable in the event of cancellation.


1.4 We will confirm your order to the email address you provided.


1.5 The order confirmation contains a link for payment within 24 hours in the webshop.


1.6 The booking will only be approved when payment has been made to Reform Scandinavia AB.



2. Cancellation


2.1 Cancellation period

Booked boat and equipment that is cancelled 48 hours before the delivery date will be accepted.


2.2 Cancellation fee

The booking fee of SEK 150 is not refundable in the event of cancellation.


2.3 Refund in case of cancellation

The refund of the rental cost paid will be made no later than 5 working days after confirmed cancellation to the account provided by the customer.



3. Price

Prices include 25% VAT. Prices can only be changed due to circumstances beyond the control of Reform Scandinavia AB. For example, changed VAT or tax.



4. Payment terms for booking


4.1 Payment date

Payment must be made within 24 hours from the confirmation date on the order confirmation for the booking to be approved.


4.2 Payment is made in the webshop by credit card, Apple-Pay, Google-Pay.

Secure payment via STRIPE, all data encrypted. We do not charge any fees for payment.


4.3 Payment confirmation

We will immediately send you a payment confirmation via email once payment has been received.


4.4 Failure to pay within 24 hours = your booking will be automatically cancelled.



5. Delivery of boat and equipment


5.1 Delivery date

The delivery date is the day you have received confirmation from Reform Scandinavia AB.


5.2 Delivery time

Delivery time is the time you have received confirmation from Reform Scandinavia AB.


5.3 Place of delivery

The delivery location is the location you have been confirmed by Reform Scandinavia AB.


5.4 Identification upon delivery

Customer show valid ID document which Reform Scandinavia AB takes a copy of.


5.5 Inspection of boat and equipment

Customer approves the condition of the boat and equipment upon receipt.


5.6 Information to customer

Reform provides verbal information about how the boat and equipment work.


5.7 In the event of delivery delays beyond our control (Force Majeure)

Reform Scandinavia AB waives all claims for compensation from the customer for the damage caused by the delay.



6. Cancelled delivery due to Reform Scandinavia AB


6.1 Notice to customer

Reform Scandinavia AB will call, send an email or SMS as soon as we know that delivery cannot take place.


6.2 Refund in case of cancelled delivery

If delivery is cancelled 24 hours before the agreed delivery date.

If we have notified the tenant within this time, the amount paid will be refunded.


In the event of an urgent cancelled delivery, 24 hours within the agreed delivery date.

If we have notified the renter within this time, the amount paid + any travel will be refunded.

Customer must be able to prove their incurred travel costs with a receipt.


6.3 Refund

The refund will be made no later than 5 working days after confirmed cancellation to the account provided by the customer.


6.4 Damage claims from customer

Reform Scandinavia AB does not pay any other costs to tenants, such as loss of time, accommodation or subsistence.



7. Return of boat and equipment


7.1 Place of return

Delivery and return of boat and equipment takes place at the same address.


7.2 Time for return

Upon delivery, a time will be agreed for return, maximum 12 hours after delivery.

This time can be changed via phone call or text message during the day.


7.3 Reform inspects the condition of the boat and equipment upon return.



8. Damage or loss to boat and equipment


8.1 Customer will be charged for all damage that occurs to the boat and equipment during the rental period. The same applies to loss of boat and equipment during the rental period.


8.2 Any damage/loss that has occurred must be documented with photos on site upon return.

A damage report will be prepared and approved by both parties.

Renters will receive a damage report and photos sent to their email.


8.2 Boat and equipment are insured by Reform Scandinavia AB.

If damage/loss is over 5,000 SEK, it is advantageous for customer to use insurance.

The deductible on the insurance is SEK 5,000 and is charged/paid by the customer.

All claims for damages are settled against customer via invoice from Reform Scandinavia AB.

If the damage or loss is less than SEK 5,000, it will also be settled via invoice from Reform Scandinavia AB.



9. Right of withdrawal

According to the Swedish Act (2005:59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase without any particular reason within 14 days after you have received the goods.

9.1 When the right of withdrawal does not apply according to the law:


leisure activity, if the trader is to provide the service on a specific day or during a specific period of time,


9.2 Reform Scandinavia AB makes exceptions to the law on the right of withdrawal:

Cancellation is approved in the event of acute illness or death if a certificate from a doctor or authority is presented.


9.3 The paid booking fee of SEK 150 is not refundable in the event of an exception to the right of withdrawal.


9.4 Refund in case of exception of right of withdrawal

The refund of the rental cost will be made no later than 5 working days after confirmed cancellation to the account provided by the customer.




10. Complaints

Defects on the boat or equipment must be reported directly to Reform Scandinavia AB upon delivery.

It is also possible to complain during the rental period, this is done via phone call or SMS.


10.1 Replacement options

If possible, Reform Scandinavia AB will replace the boat or equipment directly on site.


10.2 Refund in case of complaint

If we cannot replace the boat and equipment, Reform Scandinavia AB will only refund complaints regarding the rental cost of the boat or equipment.

Reform Scandinavia AB can also offer compensation by allowing customer to use the boat or equipment at another time.

No other costs from customer, e.g. for loss of time, travel, accommodation or subsistence, will be refunded.



11. Reservations

Force Majeure


In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, government decisions and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen, and affect entered into agreements and commitments on our part, which means that we cannot keep said agreement/commitment, shall constitute grounds for us to be released from our obligations to fulfill said agreement.

In the event of a dispute, Reform Scandinavia AB always follows ARN's recommendations.
